ibosport Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ibosport. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and ibosport ("ibosport", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ibosport platform, including the website located at https://ibosport.cam, all associated mobile applications, software, gaming products, sportsbook services, live casino offerings, and any other services we provide from time to time (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating a Member account, or placing any wager or bet through ibosport's Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or game-specific terms published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or its Services.

ibosport reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Registration on the ibosport Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as Members.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. ibosport operates strictly as an adult entertainment platform. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
5. You are not a current or former employee of ibosport or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such an employee.
6. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for violating these Terms.
7. You are not self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to a court order that restricts your access to gambling services.

ibosport reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Member Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (in Malaysia), email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials — username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ibosport staff will never ask you for your password or OTP under any circumstances. You should never disclose your login credentials to any third party.

ibosport reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 of these Terms.

By accessing and using the ibosport Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform's services is prohibited without prior written consent from ibosport.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other Members' accounts, or any computer system or network connected to ibosport's servers.
• You acknowledge that all gambling involves risk, that the outcome of wagers is uncertain, and that you may lose the entirety of any funds wagered. ibosport does not guarantee winnings.
• You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, abuse of betting markets, or collusion with other Members to exploit promotional offers or gaming systems.
• You accept that ibosport's decisions regarding disputes, game outcomes, and Account matters — made in accordance with these Terms — are final and binding, subject to your right to escalate through formal complaints procedures.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is." While ibosport makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally limit access to Services.

ibosport supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and approved cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, ETH). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: All deposited funds must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Platform and subject to periodic revision. ibosport processes deposits promptly upon receipt, though processing times may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Members may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved prior to the first withdrawal request.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be met in full before withdrawal of funds derived from bonuses is permitted.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's name. ibosport will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published on the Platform's Cashier page.
• ibosport targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes, and standard bank wire within 60 minutes, subject to payment network conditions and internal verification requirements.

ibosport accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.

ibosport offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer. These Terms provide general rules applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise specified.

• Bonuses are granted as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Standard wagering requirements will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• ibosport reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any wagering already completed in good faith prior to such withdrawal will be honoured.
• Bonus Funds may only be used to place wagers on eligible markets as specified in the promotion terms. Certain markets — including but not limited to those with very low house margins — may be excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment.
• Where ibosport identifies any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including through arbitrage betting, exploitation of low-margin markets, or coordinated multi-account activity — we reserve the right to void all bets and bonuses associated with the conduct and close the Account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged between Members.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the ibosport Platform. Sports-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the Sportsbook and Casino sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. ibosport does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed bets unless a technical error or manifest odds error is established and documented.
• In the event of a manifest or palpable odds error — where odds are materially incorrect due to a technical fault, human data entry error, or third-party feed failure — ibosport reserves the right to void affected bets at the correct market price. Members will be notified of such action.
• Bets placed on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's published rules, which may include voiding of bets or settling at reduced odds.
• ibosport employs industry-standard systems to detect and prevent fraudulent betting patterns. Accounts found to be systematically exploiting pricing inefficiencies in a manner constituting arbitrage trading may have their stake limits adjusted or their accounts closed.
• Mix Parlay (also known as accumulator) bets are available for eligible football markets, including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, and other designated competitions. Mix Parlay specific terms and minimum/maximum selection rules are published within the Sportsbook section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibosport Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and may be subject to forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources (money laundering);
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any part of the Platform;
• Knowingly exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors — Members who discover any such error must report it to ibosport immediately;
• Engaging in collusive play, chip dumping, or any coordinated strategy between multiple accounts to circumvent game fairness;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ibosport staff or other Members through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law;
• Any conduct that constitutes match-fixing or is connected with any criminal activity.

All content on the ibosport Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ibosport or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; (b) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform; or (c) use the ibosport name, logo, or brand assets for any purpose without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or ibosport's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ibosport and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

In particular, ibosport shall not be liable for: (a) any gambling losses — outcomes of wagers are inherently uncertain and the risk of loss is accepted by the Member; (b) service interruptions due to technical faults, maintenance, or third-party failures; (c) losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where such access resulted from the Member's failure to secure their login credentials; (d) losses arising from reliance on information, odds, statistics, or analysis published on the Platform.

Where ibosport's liability cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law, our liability to any individual Member shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the cause of action arose, not exceeding RM 10,000.

ibosport is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe betting environment for all Members. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we maintain several tools and resources to support player wellbeing.

Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process and zero-tolerance is applied to underage gambling.

Available Tools: Members may access the following Responsible Gambling Tools at any time from their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated notifications and automatic logout when a chosen session duration is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing elapsed play time and net account balance movements.

ibosport reserves the right to suspend or close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 3;
• Chargebacks initiated by the Member or their payment provider without prior engagement with ibosport's support team;
• At the Member's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary account closure);
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant Account handling procedures, including any applicable dormancy fees, will be communicated to the Member's registered email address before any fees are applied.

Upon Account closure, any verifiable Real Money Funds balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements, disputed transactions, or amounts subject to AML investigation) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account should contact support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

ibosport reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ibosport will use reasonable endeavours to notify active Members via email to their registered email address or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notification. The version of these Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time represents the current binding agreement.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, request closure of your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and ibosport, you are encouraged to first contact our Customer Support team at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation. ibosport will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably within 15 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 business days, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process. Details of the applicable ADR process, if any, will be communicated to the Member upon escalation.
